Frequently Asked Questions

The following questions are frequently asked. We hope they provide the answers you seek. Should they fail to address your inquiry.

Oasis Spas are open seven days a week from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. There are two ways to make a reservation: call our Reservation Center at 02-2622122 or online booking. If you call, you will speak with a reservation agent who will guide you through the booking process and schedule your transportation if needed. You can make reservation from 08:30 AM to 08:00 PM daily. Also, you may book your spa treatment online at our website www.oasisspa.net, simply select the date, the branch, the time and your desired treatment. If the time is available, your appointment will be confirmed immediately. To insure availability, please make reservations at least a day prior to your appointment.

If you are running late for your appointment, please call us at 02-2622122 as soon as you know that you will be delayed and we will make every effort to either postpone your appointment until later or reschedule it for a different day. Unfortunately, it is not always possible to reschedule reservations the same day if we are given less than a 3-hour notice. (We request that you arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to your appointment to provide adequate time to prepare for your spa treatment).

A delayed arrival for your appointment may result in the following adjustments: the loss of the requested room or villa and reduced length of treatment so that other guests are not inconvenienced. Failure to appear within 30 minutes of the scheduled appointment results in a cancellation. Last minute changes to appointments can only be honored if other guests will not be inconvenienced.

Reschedule Appointment: If you are unable to make it to your booking, we will gladly reschedule it for a more convenient day and time. To reschedule, please contact us at least 3 hours prior to your appointment.
Our spas open at 10:00 AM and close at 10:00 PM. If you wish to book a two-hour massage before closing, we encourage you to schedule the appointment time no later than 09:00 PM in order to fully enjoy your treatment and finish before closing.

At Oasis Spa, payment can be made by cash or with any major credit card. Visa, Master Card, American Express, Diners, JCB and CUP can be used. We do not charge a “credit card fee” or a convenience fee for credit card payments. Should you book your spa treatment online you may pay with a credit card or use a third party online payment gateway like Alipay. No additional fees are charged for credit card payment.

To protect our customers from credit card fraud when bookings online with a credit card, the card used must be presented upon arrival at the spa for treatments and the credit card holder must be one of the guests. (Presenting a photocopy of a credit card is not acceptable.) Oasis Spa performs random checks of the credit cards used for online payment. Those who pay with a virtual credit card or a third party online processor such as Alipay must present a picture ID card or passport with the Alipay Order Reference Code upon arrival. Oasis Spa reserves the right to refuse service to guests who book online, but fail to meet the above requirement. Booking made with a fraudulent card will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

If you are using an Oasis Spa gift cards or membership or an e-gift certificate, we will need a reference ID when you make the booking. We currently offer two types of gift certificates: printed gift certificates for purchase at every Oasis Spa branch or you may purchase gift certificates online. Gift Certificates are valid for one year after issue date and they can be used at every Oasis Spa branch in Thailand.

If you need to cancel or amend your reservation, please contact Reservations at 02-2622122 a minimum of 24-hours prior to your appointment. The cancellation charges outlined below also apply to bookings paid for by credit card or Alipay. For cancellations, we refund your money less a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to an appointment and “no-shows” incur a 100% cancellation fee. No refunds are given for early departure from the spa.

Certain medical conditions may prevent the use of some facilities and treatments. We will always do our best to accommodate your needs during your enquiries, bookings or treatments. However, our therapists and reservations team are not medical practitioners and cannot be held accountable for mistaken treatments due to medical errors. If you have had or presently suffer from any medical conditions including the following, we strongly advise that you seek advice from your doctor prior to your booking and arrival. Please inform us upon booking if you have ANY medical conditions.

  • Cancer
  • Heart condition
  • High/low blood pressure
  • Diabetes
  • Epilepsy
  • Surgery within the last six months

so that we may recommend suitable therapies. Also, if you have restricted mobility, please advise our reservations team of your restrictions and they will guide you concerning the use of spa facilities.
Inform us concerning your allergies: Please be aware that some of our spa products and facials contain nuts and other possible allergy causing ingredients.

Getting a prenatal massage can be beneficial to both your physical and psychological wellbeing. Our “Mothers-To-Be Spa Packages” are specially designed to be a delight to pregnant women who are in their 16th thru 24th weeks of pregnancy. You may choose 1 or 2-hour soothing massage treatments performed by trained prenatal massage therapists. FOR YOUR SAFETY, we do not recommend getting a massage if you have been pregnant less than 16 weeks or for more than 24 weeks. Please consult with your physician to determine if a massage is suitable for you. We provide everything you need for an amazing spa experience. Just bring your desire for great personal care and the anticipation of deep relaxation. It is not necessary to bring special clothing; we will provide a robe and disposable underwear for use while you are being pampered. If you bring items of value to the spa, for their safety, please place them in a locker/safe while enjoying our services. We suggest that you not bring any unnecessary valuables to the spa, as we cannot be responsible should they be lost or damaged.

Should you desire to bring a child or children to your spa appointment, we love kids. Children ages 4–12 years-of-age are welcome. We offer “Kid’s Spa Packages,” so they too can also enjoy a spa treatment. However, children less than 4-years old should not be brought to the spa because we do not have childcare facilities. This rule is to ensure that you and our other customers enjoy a spa experience with a relaxing ambience.

Free round trip transportation by our drivers using our vehicles is available in each city where an Oasis Spa is located. However, transportation is only available in designated areas of the city. Please call our Reservation Center in advance or email them the day before your appointment to request transportation. Your transportation will arrive 30 minutes prior to the appointment times.

Each Oasis Spa branch has various features and facilities, however, all can provide every spa menu item and package we offer. Some branches have a cool water pool, Jacuzzi, a Thai herbal steam cave and even treatment areas on the rooftop due to their unique design. Our reservation agents can provide more details and confirm that the branch you selected has the amenities you desire. Male massage therapists are only available at certain locations; please check with reservations for their availability if that is your preference.

No video or audio recording or still photographs are allowed inside treatment rooms. Customers can take photos and make video recordings outside spa treatment areas so long as the privacy of other spa customers is not compromised.

Tip if you are pleased: Our spa staff is dedicated to exceeding your expectations and creating a memorable spa experience. Gratuities for their efforts are greatly appreciated. Feel free to give your therapist a gratuity if they have made your spa experience a special one. Tips can be given directly to the therapist or left at the front desk with the receptionist.
